Shipping & Returns


Orders placed online will be shipped via United Parcel Service. 

When placing your order, you may choose from the following 4 methods: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. All orders placed with the UPS ground will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. If you choose any of the air shipment methods, any order placed online will be shipped the same day if received by 3:00 pm est.

The only exception will be orders containing “out of stock" or “back ordered” items.

Ups Ground service: 2 to 7 working days depending on location.
Ups 3 Day Air: (orange label) order will be delivered in 3 working days. Order must be placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Ups 2nd day air (blue label) order will be delivered in 2 working days. Order must be placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Ups overnight air (red label) order will be delivered next working day. Order must be placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

International orders requirements

International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). When placing your international order, you will be presented with the options that are available for you to select for the method of shipping that you can choose in the Checkout process.
If you prefer to use your own shipping service / account please contact us prior to placing your order. We require that you provide us with the name of the carrier, your account number to use for the shippment and the level of service you would like to use for your order. 

Export controls: products sold under these terms and conditions will be subject to export control laws, restrictions, and regulations of the United Sates of America. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions and regulations of the U.S. Certain products may be prohibited from export. Customer must represent that he is not prohibited by law to purchase product. Customer shall be responsible to obtain any license to export, re-export, or import as is required.


Shipments will be deemed to have been accepted by buyer upon delivery of the said shipments to buyer unless rejected upon receipt. Buyer shall perform whatever inspection or tests buyer deems necessary as promptly as possible but in no event later that five (5) days after delivery. Any discrepancy in shipment quantity must be reported within five (5) working days of receipt of product.

All returns require a Return Authorization number. Please note that a Return Authorization number (which is valid for 15 days) does not guarantee final approval. All returns are subject to inspection and verification prior to the final decision.

All returns/exchanges must be in factory condition, including all original packaging material. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely, write the Return Authorization number issued clearly on the outside of the shipping carton and include a copy of your invoice.

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused.

Merchandise should be returned within 20 days of receipt of invoice.

We do not accept any return merchandise on any order shipped outside the U.S.A.

Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground service “insured”. Sorry we cannot accept COD or Freight Collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
