Q: Who buys parts from Federal Connectors?

A:         We supply military connectors, military fuses, and other electrical components to the US government and various subcontractors.

Q: Do I need to register to make a purchase?

A:         No, you can use the guest checkout option.

Q: Is there a minimum order restriction?

A:         Yes, the minimum order total must be at least 25$ to proceed to checkout.

Q: Can I charge the shipping cost to my shipping account?

A:         Yes, you can now add your UPS or Fedex shipping account when you register. To add your shipping account after registration,

go to My Account and scroll down to options, then type in your shipping account number and choose your shipping provider from the drop down window.

Q: How do I check if you have part in stock?

A:         When you’re on the item page, look under availability and the number that is listed there is what we currently have in stock.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A:         We accept all major credit cards and PayPal on purchases made on our website.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

A:         Yes, it’s very safe to give us your credit card number because we do not actually store it. We forward you credit card number to Authorize.net

via a secure and encrypted connection. Then Authorize.net sends us an authorization code which we use to charge your credit card account.
