Terms And Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend or change these conditions.
The following terms and conditions exclusively govern any orders placed or products ordered or purchased through this website. Please read this contract carefully as the products are offered conditional upon acceptance, without modification, of the terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not place orders or purchase products from this website.

Liability Statement

Seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the Goods sold. SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY RESPECTING THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE GOODS SOLD TO BUYER OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. Seller is an authorized distributor of the Original Component Manufacturer (“OCM”) goods. As such, Seller agrees to transfer to Buyer those transferable warranties Seller receives from the OCM for the goods sold to Buyer and is in accordance with the applicable OCM specifications. The warranties set forth herein shall not apply to any goods that: 1) that have not been kept in a controlled environment which reasonably limits damage resulting from heat, humidity, corrosion, contamination and/or electrostatic discharge for normal storage and prescribed maintenance:2) have been subject to an accident, excessive stress, modification, or abnormal wear and tear; and, Value-added work performed by Seller will conform to applicable Buyer’s specifications relating to such work.
Seller’s liability arising out of any sale of goods to Buyer is expressly limited to either: 1) refund of the purchase price paid by the Buyer for such goods (without interest); or 2) repair and/ or replacement of such goods at Seller’s election, and such remedies shall be exclusive and in lieu of all others. In no event shall Seller be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, promotional or manufacturing expenses, overhead, injury to reputation or loss of customers, personal injury or property damage. Buyer’s recovery from Seller for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Buyer for the goods, irrespective of the nature of the claim, whether in warranty, contract or otherwise.

Orders

Minimum order is $39.98.

All orders placed by you the buyer are subject to acceptance by seller. Orders may not be cancelled without the seller’s prior written consent. Due to the constant fluctuations in seller’s inventory levels, some information featured on this website regarding availability and inventory levels may not be up to date. Products may be out of stock or in short supply. If a product can not be shipped within 30 days of order, the seller will notify buyer and allow buyer to cancel the order. Some products may not be available to ship outside the U.S. seller may refuse service, may cancel orders at any time without notice.

Prices

The prices of the products are those specified on this website and are quoted in U.S. dollars. Due to the extremely volatile market for certain types of electronic components, prices quoted on this website may, on occasion, no longer be in effect. Whenever such a discrepancy exists, buyer will be advised of the discrepancy before the order is shipped.

All prices quoted are exclusive of transportation and insurance cost, duties and all taxes including, but not limited to, federal, state, provincial and local sales, excise, goods and services and value added taxes and any other taxes. Buyer agrees to pay these taxes unless buyer has provided seller with an exemption resale certificate number for the location where the product is to be shipped. Unless the sales is otherwise exempt from these taxes. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless for any liability for tax in connection with the sale, as well as the collection or withholding thereof, including penalties and interest thereon. When applicable, transportation and taxes shall appear as separate items on seller’s invoice.

Payments

Credit card: you may use American Express, Master Card, Visa or Discovery. Charge backs will be assessed a $ 25.00 fee.

We do not store credit card information. Your credit card information will be transferred via secure SSL connection to Authorize.Net payment gateway.

Sales tax: orders shipped to an address in New York state must pay New York state sales tax, unless we have a New York state resale number on your order. If you are required to pay sales tax in your state, that is your responsibility.

Shipping rates: we are automated for United Parcel Service (UPS) and this is our primary carrier. We use UPS because this is the most cost effective shipping method. You may choose which method you prefer and after you entered your zip code, we will calculate the shipping cost. The cost for each shipping method will be calculated and you may then choose which rate works best for you.

Shipping

Orders placed online will be shipped via United Parcel Service.

When placing your order, you may choose from the following 4 methods: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. All orders placed with the UPS ground will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. If you choose any of the air shipment methods, any order placed online will be shipped the same day if received by 3:00 pm est.

The only exception will be orders containing “out of stock" or “back ordered” items.

Ups Ground service: 2 to 7 working days depending on location.
Ups 3 Day Air: (orange label) order will be delivered in 3 working days. Order must be placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Ups 2nd day air (blue label) order will be delivered in 2 working days. Order must be placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Ups overnight air (red label) order will be delivered next working day. Order must be placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

International orders requirements

International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). When placing your international order, you will be presented with the options that are available for you to select for the method of shipping that you can choose in the Checkout process.
If you prefer to use your own shipping service / account please contact us prior to placing your order. We require that you provide us with the name of the carrier, your account number to use for the shippment and the level of service you would like to use for your order.

Export controls: products sold under these terms and conditions will be subject to export control laws, restrictions, and regulations of the United Sates of America. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions and regulations of the U.S. Certain products may be prohibited from export. Customer must represent that he is not prohibited by law to purchase product. Customer shall be responsible to obtain any license to export, re-export, or import as is required.

Warranty and limitation on liability

Products sold by seller are not designed, intended or authorized for use in life support, life sustaining, nuclear, or other applications in which the failure of such products could reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, loss of life or catastrophic property damage. If buyer uses or sells the products for use in any such applications: (1) buyer acknowledges that such use or sale is at buyer's sole risk; (2) buyer agrees that seller and the manufacturer of the products are not liable, in whole or in part, for any claim or damage arising from such use; and (3) buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold seller and the manufacturer of the products harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities arising our of or in connection with such use or sale, including reasonable attorneys fees.

Manufacturer warrantees on products sold only. No warranties extended by the seller beyond manufacturer warranties. End user is responsible for all installation and use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Seller is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profit or revenue, recall costs, claims for service interruptions or failure to supply downtime testing, installations or removal costs, costs of substitute products, property damage, personal injury, death, or legal expenses.

Returns

The policy for all customers that would like to return material purchased from Federal Connectors should follow the following procedure. This is the process for requests to return the material. The request will be reviewed and if approved and RMA number will be issued by Federal Connectors.
Federal Connectors requires that customers need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning products purchased from Federal Connectors. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Material returned must be in their original packaging and must be in unused and new-like condition.
Any item that is designated as Non-Cancelable/ Non-returnable (NCNR) at the time of purchase is not returnable.
When returning parts due to customer error, your refund will exclude shipping and handling costs and an additional restocking fee of 35% of the cost of the part(s) to be returned may apply.
The restocking charge will be determined upon review of the RMA request and will be based on numerous criteria that will be considered for each individual request.
When returning parts, please follow these steps:
• Please complete the RMA Request Form on the Federal Connectors website to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number before you return any product. Link to the RMA request form is located under your order list as shown below:

• If you request is approved you will receive an RMA number via email after your RMA request is reviewed.
• This RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton being used for the return.
• Use shipping method which provides a tracking number.
• Return freight charge must be prepaid and COD returns will not be accepted.

Governing law and dispute resolution:
This agreement and any sale bound by it, shall be governed by the laws of New York state, county of Suffolk, and any dispute arising from the sale will be settled by arbitration in New York under New York laws.
